Hungarian Sweet Bread

3 pkgs. dry yeast dissolved in 1 C warm water
Let stand 10 minutes.

Mix together:
8 C flour
1 1/2 C sugar
Make a well and add the rest of the ingredient
6 egg yolks
1 C melted margarine
1 to 1 1/2 C warm milk
add yeast mixture

Mix together to form a soft dough. Kneed for 5 minutes on floured surface. Place in a greased bowl. Rub some oil on top of dough. Cover and let stand in a warm place until dough doubles in size. Cut apart dough and kneed into shapes. AT THIS TIME RAISINS MAY BE ADDED TO THE DOUGH. Place in greased loaf tins. Cover and let rise in a warm place until dough doubles in size. Brush with egg whites. Bake @ 350* 30 - 45 minutes until golden brown.
