Dutch Lettuce Salad

Dutch Lettuce Salad
1 pkg. Instant mashed potatoes – prepare according to box instruction
1 lb. Bacon, fried, chopped and cooled. Reserve grease.

In a large bowl mix bacon, 1 bag lettuce, and potatoes.
Pour grease over mixture.
Add vinegar to taste.
Add 1 cup Swiss cheese and mix well.

Slush Cake
In a bowl add 1 stick butter, ½ cup nuts and 1 cup flour – mix well and press into an 8 x 8 inch baking pan.
Bake at 350* for 15 minutes. Cool well.
In a large bowl add 8 oz. Creamed cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tub of Cool Whip
Blend well.
Spread on top of crust.

In another bowl add 1 pkg. of pudding
3 cups of milk
Mix until thick. Spread over cream cheese mixture.
Top with 1 tub Cool Whip
Chill at least 30 minutes

Composed Salad
Spread 1 bag of lettuce onto a plate.
Arrange your favorite toppings on the side of the mound of salad. Serve with dressing on the side.
