Bisquick Apple Pie

Sarah’s Bisquick Apple Pie
2 ½ cups bisquick
3 tbsp. milk
3 tbsp. butter

Mix together to form a soft ball. Press this crust on the bottom of and up the sides of a pie plate. Add 2 cans of apple pie filling. Sprinkle about 2 Tbsp. of sugar on top of the pie filling. Then top with a crumble topping. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.

Crumble Topping
1 stick butter, softened
1 cup brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Mix until crumbs form.

Claire’s Zesty Chicken
Cook a 4 pound chicken in the oven at 375* for 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour the sacue over the chicken. Return to the oven and cook an additional 30 minutes or until chicken is done.
4 cans tomato soup
4 Tbsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. basil
4 Tbsp. Vinegar
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. brown sugar
